Paul is the founder of Stanford Legal Services and a full member of the Society of Will Writers. He has a wealth of experience in the commercial environment having ran small businesses and been both a small business and financial adviser. In March 2014 he qualified to be a legal adviser. He applies the knowledge and skills he has acquired over the years to explain the often complex nature of the law in a way that customers can understand, as well as pointing out the practicalities of certain actions. He has a passion for helping others and always providing the best advice for his customers – whether they be financial advisers or individuals.
Ann-Marie has been professionally Will Writing since 2017 and has been freelance, working with Will Writing companies and Solicitors, specialising in Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorneys. Ann-Marie is a full member of the Society of Will Writers after passing her exams in 2017 and completes ongoing continual professional development to keep her knowledge up to date with current law. She is friendly and passionate about helping clients understand the options available to them when writing their Wills and LPA’s taking time with clients in their homes or place of work. Ann-Marie loves walking her dog in the country in her spare time and reading a good book!
Vera joined our team – Stanford Legal Services – in November 2020. She is an affiliate member of the Society of Will Writers and holds a post-graduate in Gerontology. Vera takes a keen interest in old age issues, including safeguarding, training and involvement in the community. Vera is Portuguese and has an excellent command of the English language. She has experience working in the care sector, in advocacy, as a translator, teacher and PA. She is friendly, quietly spoken but passionate about what she believes in and has a keen eye for detail.
Connor is a recent addition to the team, having joined in late June of 2021. He is our Digital Marketing Executive, on an apprenticeship with us. Starting out his digital marketing career at a Shoreham-based youth charity, he is now bringing his knowledge and experience to our social media pages and website. Connor is keen to learn more about the legal industry but bring his own personalised style to the business. For leisure he is an avid gamer and is currently writing his first novel.
Ellis is our most recent team member who started at the beginning of August 2021, as our part time Office Administrator. She is originally from Southampton but then lived in Weymouth for many years, where she completed her education. Since leaving school, Ellis worked in a farming shop for a little while until moving to Worthing in 2018. Ellis then completed a Uniformed Service course at Northbrook college where she received a Distinction. In her free time, Ellis loves to game where she has met many friends all over the world, she also loves to travel when she can.
